About Me
As a mom to two kids, I have experienced firsthand how challenging motherhood and being a new mom can be. Figuring out how to raise healthy, confident, and well-rounded children amid work demands, ‘mom’ fatigue, and self-doubt is hard. With my first child, I struggled silently with the hardships of motherhood, mainly embarrassed to share my experiences out of the suspicion that I was the worst parent ever. But, as soon as I started sharing my experiences, I quickly realised that I was not alone in my struggles and that most moms shy away from sharing their struggles out of fear of being judged.
And you know what? It should not be that way. That’s why I started Twinkle Bunnies, a platform that offers holistic support to simplify your life as a new mom. We do these by sharing knowledge and information in 3 ways:
(i) sharing my own experiences and insights on motherhood,
(ii) inviting other moms to share their stories with the hope of building a community of mothers who encourages one another without any judgement, and
(iii) getting experts’ contributions on various topics related to your baby’s development to educate and empower moms to become more confident as parents.
I believe that motherhood should be about convenience. For me, that means getting everything in one place and not running around trying to get things that are meant to be simple. That’s why I curate gift boxes for you that you will need for each development stage of your child and your growth as a mom. These include mom essentials and newborn clothing, and product essentials. Essentially, I want to help moms find easier ways to navigate motherhood.
So, if you’re on a journey to being a mother or are a new mom and you’re looking for resources and a little encouragement to be more confident in your journey to motherhood, you’ve come to the right place! I hope you stay!
Online Support
We have a 7-day return policy on boxes with products other than the one specified under ‘Non-Refundable Products’ section. This implies that you have 7 days after receiving your box to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your box and its contents must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also require proof of purchase.
For returns, please contact us at info@twinklebunnies.co.za. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how we will collect the box.
All our refunds are done through an electronic fund transfer (EFT) process which can take anything between 48 hours to 7 working days. We institute a 10% handling fee for returns that do not adhere to our return policy.
Unfortunately we do not refund the shipping fee.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants, personalised goods, and personal care goods such as toiletries and beauty products. Please contact us if you have questions about your goods. We do not accept returns on sale products.
